Grace Jacobsen

Grace Jacobsen, MBA, is an accomplished professional in student engagement and admissions management with extensive experience at 2U since February 2018. Currently serving as Student Engagement Senior Rotational Manager, Grace supports business operations related to admissions and student success through strategic transitions and data-driven decision making. Grace has also held roles such as Senior Admissions Manager, overseeing a team for the USC MAT and MAT-TESOL programs, enhancing collaboration with stakeholders, and implementing significant process improvements. Prior experience includes roles at Keuka College as an International Admissions Counselor and at The High School Affiliated with Beihang University as an English Teacher. Grace holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine University and a BA in Communication from Cedarville University.
