With a background that includes roles such as Director of Educator Engagement & Development, Director of Faculty Success, and a series of teaching positions, Kelly has consistently achieved high satisfaction metrics and excelled in restructuring teams and processes to improve educator engagement and professional development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
