Lydia Prakash Popov

Lydia Prakash, MBA, currently serves as Operations Lead and previously held the role of Placement Specialist II at 2U since April 2018. Prior to this, Lydia managed a caseload of over 25 individuals as an Employment Specialist & Job Coach at the Employment Network Team of New Jersey, handling 150+ cases during the tenure from January 2013 to April 2018. Lydia also worked as Program Manager for the Women's Fund of New Jersey, focusing on the implementation of the Tweet2Eat advocacy-training program and successful fundraising efforts. Earlier professional experience includes a Procurement Specialist role at The McGraw Hill Companies and Program Assistant at The United Nations Association of the National Capital Area, where important educational programs were developed and managed. Lydia holds a Master of Business Administration from the American University - Kogod School of Business and has attended multiple institutions, including The College of New Jersey, The George Washington University, Sophia University, and the University of Tampa.
