Mandy Knowles, M.Ed., currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at 2U, where leadership of a team has resulted in high customer ratings and improved retention for students and university partnerships since July 2018. Previously, Mandy worked as a Student Success Advisor at 2U, enhancing student retention and satisfaction through strong relationship-building and data analysis. Prior experience includes a role as a Reading Interventionist/SpEd Teacher & Disability Case Manager at STRIVE Preparatory Schools, where Mandy implemented individualized instruction for students with disabilities and supported staff training. Mandy holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the same institution.
