Tiffany Freccero

Tiffany Freccero is an experienced professional currently serving as a Student Success Advisor II at 2U, where responsibilities include supporting graduate students in an online Speech Pathology program and coaching them through their educational journeys. Previously held roles at 2U encompassed managing student retention and ensuring exceptional customer service. Tiffany has a strong background in customer engagement from Gusto, where project management skills were developed while addressing small business owner inquiries. Earlier experience with EF Education First involved various roles, including Compliance Manager and Recruitment Manager, further building expertise in customer service, sales, and community outreach.
