Chad Gruen

Chad Gruen is an experienced leader in the youth sports industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at 3STEP Sports, the nation's largest youth sport event and club operator, since January 2023. In addition, Chad Gruen is the Founder and CEO of SMP Holdings, LLC, which includes brands such as Sports Made Personal and Lacrosse America, established over a decade ago to promote youth development through sports. Chad Gruen's commitment to enhancing youth sports experiences has positioned both organizations as significant players in the Midwest athletic landscape. Education includes a degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and graduation from New Trier High School.
