Matthew Shay is an M&A/Operations Manager at 3STEP Sports since October 2021, bringing expertise in sports business and leadership. Prior experience includes serving as an NCAA Compliance Intern at Brown University from June to September 2021 and working as a Research Associate at JR Bechtle & Co. from July 2019 to March 2020. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Sports Business & Leadership from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Matthew completed secondary education at St. John's Prep.
