Tina Learmonth

Tina Learmonth has extensive experience in operations management and human resources. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Bayshore HealthCare since 2004, Tina is accountable for operations across New Brunswick and plays a key role in growing local branches while establishing a vital healthcare network. Tina's responsibilities also include human resources management, focusing on hiring, retention, performance improvement, and employee training, alongside business development initiatives in community partnerships. Additional roles include serving as an Engagement Officer for the Royal Canadian Army Cadets since June 2018, co-owning Omega Electric from 2013 to 2017, and working as a Client Service Coordinator at Comcare Health Services. Tina's career began at Tim Hortons, where various promotions led to a Store Manager position overseeing multiple locations. Tina possesses educational qualifications from Eastern College and continues studies at the University of New Brunswick.
