Jim Farren currently serves as the Group Catering Manager at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group since March 2022. Previously, Jim was the Head Chef and food production trainer at 3fivetwo Group from June 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included training staff, designing seasonal menus, and implementing HACCP standards. Jim's culinary career includes a position as a Chef at the award-winning Beatrice Kennedys from May 2014 to June 2015, and various roles at 21 Social from June 2010 to June 2014, including Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, focusing on high-quality food delivery in a busy environment. Earlier experience includes working as a Deckhand for MFV Northern Celt from August 2003 to August 2009, handling food supplies and preparation. Jim is educated at Killybegs Catering College, with FETAC Level 6 credentials.
