Keith started his career in hospitality and tourism at age 19 at the Inn at Semiahmoo as a bellman. After gaining experience across several brands both locally and in Seattle and Maui, he was delighted to return to Whatcom County as the opening General Manager for the two Marriott hotels in 2013 and 2015 respectively. While in Seattle, he helped start the concierge program at the Mayflower Park Hotel while completing his degree at the University of Washington. Keith is currently the Chair of the Bellingham-Whatcom County Tourism Bureau Board of Directors, serves on the Bellingham Tourism Commission and Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and is the founder and President of the new Bellingham Whatcom County Lodging Association.
