Dimitrios Giannakoudis

Dimitrios Giannakoudis serves as the Xanthi American Space Director at the U.S. Embassy in Athens and has held this position since 2015, overseeing the transformation of American Spaces in Greece into innovative maker spaces that promote STEM skills and English language programs. In addition to this role, Dimitrios is the Career Office Manager and a Professor at ΙΕΚ ΔΕΛΤΑ 360, focusing on public relations marketing and business management. As the Public Relations & Communications Manager at Light Hub, Dimitrios enhances engagement within the local ecosystem, connecting with high-profile mentors. Furthermore, as an Associate Partner with eduACT, Dimitrios organizes the First Lego League Regional competition, while also serving as Tournament Director for FIRST LEGO LEAGUE Xanthi. Prior experiences include roles at Youth Business Network and the Greek Army, alongside extensive academic credentials spanning a PhD candidacy in Public Diplomacy and multiple degrees in international relations, history, and project management.
