Navin Upadhyaya

Navin Upadhyaya has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Navin has held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at 360 ONE, 360 ONE Wealth, and 360 ONE Asset since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Citi for a significant period, starting in 2006. At Citi, they held several roles such as Director HR for the Institutional Clients Group in South Asia, Head of HR for Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, Director and Head of HR for India CSCs, and Senior VP and Head of HR for India CSCs. Before joining Citi, they worked at IDBI Bank as Zonal Head HR for North, Central, and East India, and at Standard Chartered Bank as HR RM for Consumer Bank and Whole Sale Bank, Service Delivery. Navin also has experience at Blue Dart as an Associate HR responsible for employee relations and staffing.

Navin Upadhyaya has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Fergusson College, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Navin then pursued a Master of Personnel Management degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 1997 to 1999. In addition, they also completed a Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (DLL&LW) from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY in 1997-1998. Finally, they obtained a DHRM (Human Resources Management) degree from the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) in Pune, which was completed by the year 2000.
