Sam Ishi has worked in three different companies since 2017. In 2017, they began working at C-Zentrix as a Business Analyst/Partner Alliance Manager. At C-Zentrix, they worked on contact center software and enterprise-level software for voice and data applications. In 2019, they moved to SHL, where they worked as a Growth Enabler. At SHL, they worked on AI/ML-based assessment solutions, connecting applicants and employers. In 2021, they began working at 360 SMS App as a Strategic Alliance Manager. At 360 SMS App, they helped customers to enable communication through Salesforce messaging App and worked with multiple channels to communicate with customers and transform digitally.
Sam Ishi obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Amity University from 2011 to 2015. Sam then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2015 to 2017. In 2021, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification from 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
