Marina Beraz

Marina Beraz has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Marina is currently working as the Head of People at 360dialog, a performance marketing company. Prior to this, they held the role of Global Meta Relations at the same company.

In 2016, Marina co-founded JUPTER, an ecosystem focused on finding, funding, and launching successful startups. Marina later became the Managing Partner of JUPTER, playing a crucial role in transforming the innovation and startup ecosystem in Brazil. During their time at JUPTER, Marina also developed a strong focus on Club Deals, connecting investment-ready founders and startups with investors.

Additionally, Marina served as a Guest Lecturer at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2020. Marina was also a Founding Member of Impact Founder Hub, an innovation hub connecting impact and social entrepreneurs, startups, investors, and corporations.

Marina's earlier experiences include working as the Founder Institute Curitiba Director and Founder Institute Brazil Marketing at the Founder Institute, a prominent startup launch program and early-stage accelerator. Marina was involved in restructuring the Marketing and Consumer Engagement department at Philip Morris International and managed various roles at Netzsch Pumps Ltd, Rödl & Partner Internacional, H.Stern, and L'Oreal Deutschland GmbH.

Throughout their career, Marina has displayed a strong commitment to entrepreneurship, innovation, and creating positive societal impact.

Marina Beraz obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Management from Deggendorf Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Marina also pursued a Master of International Management degree in International Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Marina completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Management at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2007 to 2008.
