Chuck Foster

Chuck Foster has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chuck is currently working as the Vice President of Software Engineering at 360insights.com, where they lead multiple software delivery teams focused on web apps for channel incentive programs. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Software Engineering at the same company, managing three development teams and leading technical due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining 360insights.com, Chuck was the Chief Technology Officer at Perks WW Channel, which was acquired by 360insights.com. In this role, they led the transition of the company to a SaaS revenue model.

Chuck also worked at Perks Worldwide, where they held positions such as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Technology & Operations, IT Director, and Web and Database Developer. Chuck was responsible for managing teams, implementing agile methodologies, and designing websites and databases for incentives and eCommerce platforms.

Prior to their roles at Perks Worldwide, Chuck owned and developed Foster Web Designs. Chuck also worked at Eclipsys as a Programmer Analyst and at the State of Arkansas as a Systems Coordination Analyst.

Chuck Foster earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended CAC, but no degree or field of study information was provided. Chuck also obtained a certification in "Driving Workplace Happiness" from LinkedIn in 2022.
