Mohammed Itratullah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mohammed started their career in 2002 as an intern at Ahmed Foods, where they coordinated trainings for occupational safety and prepared shipment documents. Mohammed then interned at Pakistan International Airlines, where they worked on the ISO 9000 Certification Project and conducted workshops on quality basics.

In 2004, Mohammed joined Union Bank Limited as an Online Banker, responsible for interacting with customers, processing transactions, and providing sales and services. Mohammed later joined HBL as a Phone Banking Officer, where they handled customer complaints, activated/deactivated cards, and monitored the bank's ATM network.

In 2006, Mohammed transitioned to a managerial role at 360training. Mohammed served as a Customer Support Representative, Customer Support Supervisor, and Reporting Specialist Supervisor, overseeing training, performance reports, and issue resolutions. Mohammed then became Manager of Accreditation and Reporting, Manager of Regulatory Research, and Manager of Occupational Training Compliance, where they conducted research, obtained approvals, and coordinated with regulatory authorities and contractors.

Since 2016, Mohammed has been managing various teams at 360training. Mohammed served as a Manager of Product Analysts, conducting research for product development and pricing strategies. Mohammed also led the People Team in Pakistan as Director, overseeing HR, administration, and general operations. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director, leading HR strategy and operations across all global locations.
