Tina Cappiello

Tina (Volikas) Cappiello has an extensive work history in project and program management roles. Tina started as a Project Manager in 1997 at Computers for the Professional, managing network systems implementation projects. Over the years, they developed their career, taking on roles such as Director at Sungard Availability Services, overseeing Cloud and Managed Services Program Management, Global Operations PMO, and Service Transition. Tina also worked as a Project Management Consultant for Tek Systems for clients like GlaxoSmithKline and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Tina's experience includes leading teams, transforming processes from waterfall to Agile, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery across various industries. Tina currently serves as the Director of Product Engineering at 365 Data Centers.

Tina (Volikas) Cappiello earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1996. From 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University. In addition, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in November 2005 and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from HP in 2013.
