Rotem Tertman has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. In 2015, they served as the Head of Marketing and Strategy Team for FIRST Robotics Competition Team M.A 5951. From 2018 to 2019, Rotem worked as a Technological Intelligence Analyst for the Israeli Naval Intelligence (INI) Unit. They then transitioned to the role of Intelligence and Information Security Officer within the same unit from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, Rotem joined the Israeli Ministry of Defense as an Information Security Advisor for Industries until 2022. Currently, Rotem is working as an Ad Operations Specialist at 365Scores.

Rotem Tertman began their education in 2015 at Tichonet-Alterman Tel Aviv, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Mechatronics, Cinematography, and Literature in 2018. They then pursued further studies at Tel Aviv University from 2021 to 2024, completing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Management.
