William Liu

William Liu has over nine years of experience in various industries. William started their career in 2010 as a Wing Design Intern at Boeing, where they reviewed and edited blueprints of mechanical parts and communicated with senior engineers to complete tasks. In 2013, they worked as a Cashier and Barista at Cha For Tea, where they ensured customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, took orders, and marketed various products and promotions. In 2016, they held two positions at Tsang & Associates, as a Law Clerk and Business Intern. As a Law Clerk, they wrote and edited legal briefs for various cases and conducted research to gather relevant information for cases. As a Business Intern, they constructed business plans and financial projections for various small businesses, researched market trends, and created marketing plans. William also worked as a Commissions Coordinator at Cetera Financial Group, where they used Microsoft Excel and other software to reconcile client accounts and financial statements. Lastly, they worked as a Business Analyst at Young's Market Company from 2017 to 2019, where they coordinated with sales support teams to gather information and create discount programs for customers using Oracle EBS, gathered requirements, tested, and documented necessary changes and functionalities for ERP transition from legacy AS400 system to Oracle EBS, and conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) software. In 2019, they began working as a Technical Business Analyst at Station Digital Media, Inc.

William Liu attended Long Beach City College from 2011 to 2013, where they completed a Transfer degree in General Education. William then attended California State University, Long Beach from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Finance.
