Catherine Williamson

Currently retired from the U.S. Department of State after 41 years of experience in organizational/project management that included fiscal and program management of a $10 million exchange program in eighty-five (85) countries worldwide. Provided support with strengths in program, financial and grant management, conflict resolution and problem solving and the implementation of program policies and regulations. I have served in several secretarial positions, such as AARP and Blacks In Government, American Institute of Parliamentarians (acquired command knowledge of Robert Rules of Order, and has traveled extensively worldwide.
