Customer Service Supervisor at 3Commas

Özgür Yıldız has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at Libero Tours as a Loading Specialist in March 2014 and moved on to Meeting Point Turkey as a Data Entry Specialist in July 2014. In 2016, they became the General Manager at Zanzibar Parasailing and held the role until January 2019. Following that, Özgür worked as a Resort Manager at North Borneo Biostation Resort from April 2019 to February 2020. They then volunteered at Dash Outdoors for a month in February 2020 and at Traveller Bunker Hostel for a month in March 2020. Most recently, Özgür joined 3Commas.io in July 2021 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor in July 2022.

Özgür Yıldız pursued their education from 2008 to 2014 at Gudens for Education, where they obtained a Lisans degree in Aquaculture Engineering. Additionally, they have acquired several additional certifications, including Professional Barista Training from Barista Ol in September 2020, Divemaster certification from PADI in December 2018, and Lifeguard (Silver) certification from TSSF in July 2008.
