Sal Pavone

Sal Pavone currently serves as VP Operations & Engineering at 3D Glass Solutions, Inc., a role commenced in September 2024. Previously, Sal held the position of Vice President Operations at Lumentum, overseeing a significant front-end manufacturing facility and managing a large workforce across multiple buildings. Sal's extensive experience at Texas Instruments spanned over two decades, during which time Sal contributed as a Senior Operations & Development Manager responsible for multi-factory operations in three countries, and held various managerial roles focused on development, quality, and productivity. Sal’s career began at Motorola as a Process Engineer, focusing on sustaining and improving semiconductor manufacturing processes. Sal holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Clarkson University.
