Desiree Ponce

Desiree Ponce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Desiree is currently employed as an Engineering Technician at 3D Infotech, Inc. where they work as an Applications Engineer, utilizing 3D scanning machines and Polyworks software for data inspection. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Staples as a Department Supervisor, overseeing the Print and Marketing department, managing a team of 10, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Prior to that, they were a Shift Supervisor at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill from 2018 to 2019, managing a team of 8-10 employees and handling customer concerns. Earlier in their career, they worked as Campus Security at Morningside College from 2013 to 2016, where they conducted building checks, provided assistance to students, and interacted with local police.
