Valeriia Nekrasova

Valeriia Nekrasova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Valeriia began their career at DICTUM Law Company in 2016 as a Business Develop Manager, where they organized conferences and events and managed external communications. In 2018, they joined the Confederation of builders of Ukraine as a Law Specialist, providing legal advice on real estate transactions and working with corporate clients. Valeriia then moved to Finance Solutions Group in 2017 as a Marketing and Business Development Manager, where they analyzed the market and increased the company's visibility among potential clients. Valeriia worked as a Law Specialist at LF "Magnit" from 2019 to 2020, conducting legal research and drafting legal documents. Valeriia also worked as a Partnership Officer at BGB IT GROUP and BGB and PARTNERS from 2020 to 2021, working with lead personnel to establish objectives and create a positive work environment. Currently, Valeriia is the Human Resource Director at 3D Source, leading organizational effectiveness strategies and managing employee relations.

Valeriia Nekrasova began their education in 2011 when they enrolled at the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine". Valeriia completed their Associate's degree in Law at this institution in 2015. In 2014, Valeriia continued their academic journey at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they pursued a Master's degree in Law. Valeriia successfully completed their Master's degree in 2019.
