Randall Bridgeman

Director, Global Materials Engineering at 3D Systems

Randall Bridgeman has extensive experience in materials engineering and process development, specializing in additive manufacturing technologies. Randall started their career at Xerox Corporation in 2000, where they worked as a Manager Scale-Up and Formulation until 2013. In 2014, they joined 3D Systems Corporation as a Manager Scale-Up and Formulation, later progressing to Manager of Materials Engineering and eventually Director of Global Materials Engineering. In these roles, Randall led teams in process development and quality improvement initiatives for plastics materials used in additive manufacturing across various technologies. Their responsibilities included overseeing global teams in the US and Europe, with a focus on microSLA, stereolithography, selective laser sintering, multi-jet printing, and color-jet printing.

Randall Bridgeman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1990, followed by a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University in 1992. Randall also holds a certification as a Professional Engineer from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying.
