Stein Amble Haugan

Stein Amble Haugan's work experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Business Partnerships for Renewable Energy & Climate, EMEA at 3Degrees Group, Inc. from December 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Global Sales at ECOHZ, where they focused on providing renewable energy solutions to global corporate clients and facilitating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) between clients and European power suppliers. Haugan also served as the Director of Corporate Customers and Key Account Manager at ECOHZ, offering renewable energy solutions to corporate clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager for Business Development at Pemco Energi AS, where they were responsible for renewable energy business development and procurement. Before that, Haugan was an Advisor at ZERO, an independent not-for-profit foundation working for zero emission solutions. Stein also served as the Head of Sales, Business to Business at Pantagruel Forlag AS and as a Sales and Department Manager at Lefdal Elektromarked AS.

Stein Amble Haugan has a strong educational background and a passion for economics and business. Stein began their academic journey in 2004 at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Haugan successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2007.

Building upon their Bachelor's degree, Haugan enrolled at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) from 2007 to 2009. During this period, they focused on Development and Natural Resource Economics, leading to the attainment of a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

Driven by their pursuit of knowledge and professional growth, Haugan returned to academia in 2015. This time, they chose to study at the prestigious BI Norwegian Business School, where they embarked on an Executive Master in Business Administration program. Haugan's dedication shone through as they dedicated four years, until 2019, to completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at BI Norwegian Business School.

In addition to their extensive educational achievements, Haugan has showcased a commitment to continuous learning and skill development. In 2022, they obtained the NFA Swaps Proficiency Requirements certification from the National Futures Association, further enhancing their expertise in the financial industry.
