Kai Workman

Kai Workman currently serves as a Design & Applications Engineer at 3DEO since July 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Suspension Engineer Lead and Mechanical Engineer at Wheel Pros from January 2021 to July 2024. At Benchmark, Kai was a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2020 to January 2021, focusing on process development and fixture design. Previous positions include Manufacturing Engineer Associate, Mechanical Engineering Intern, and Production Technician at INSPIRED FLIGHT TECHNOLOGIES INC (June 2019 - June 2020) and Engineering Intern at Palatov Motorsport, LLC (June 2018 - September 2018). Kai was also the Drive Train Lead Engineer at the Cal Poly Prototype Vehicles Laboratory (PROVE Lab) during the third year of studies at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where involvement continues at a reduced capacity.
