Carrie Kalmar

Carrie Kalmar has an extensive work history in Human Resources, starting as a Recruiting Coordinator at Hunter Douglas in 1999. Carrie then transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming Director of HR Operations at 3E in April 2022. Throughout their career, Carrie has held various HR management positions, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the field.

Carrie Kalmar studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at California State University San Marcos. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Internal Investigations, Dare to Lead training, and Strategic Human Resources. Carrie also completed a course in Human Resources Management through CSUSM Extended Learning in 2004.
