Tim Dowd has over three decades of experience in various leadership roles, specializing in UX, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects. Tim has worked at Intermec Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and 3E, where they held roles such as Process & Product Development Principal, Continuous Improvement Project Manager, and Lead Platform UX Designer. Tim has a proven track record of increasing quality, speed, and profit while promoting Lean and Agile cultures within organizations.

Tim Dowd holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Software from San Jose State University and a Master's degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington. In addition, they have completed numerous certification programs in various fields including UX design, cloud computing, and emotional intelligence.
