The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our Human Resource Information System, delivering the technology solutions, enhancements, workflows, and data needed to support efficient HR Operations and organizational success. A member of the HR Operations team, this role will collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, legal, finance, and other key leaders to translate business objectives and user needs into technical requirements, continuously upgrading the HRIS to meet our needs as we grow and change. This role encompasses system administration, project management, and data analysis to mature our HR Operations function with reliable systems, efficient processes, and accurate data. As the go-to subject matter expert for the system, the HR Analyst will drive the changes that will best deliver an exceptional experience throughout the employee life-cycle, empower managers to lead their teams and bring organized, easy-to-understand people data to the leadership team. 

What You'll Do!

  • Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS, which includes implementation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules
  • Gather business objectives and user needs organization-wide and translate them into clearly written technical requirements for the HRIS
  • Partner with HR team members to analyze work process design and flow, making recommendations to improve these processes and streamline HR operations
  • Develop and execute project plans for HRIS optimization, modifying and expanding module capabilities and features in line with business needs
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and system operations and settings for HRIS users in compliance with country-specific privacy and data regulations
  • Define and document SOPs for all HRIS processes and administration activities
  • Prepare training materials and other resource documentation for employees, managers, and leadership to provide clear guidance for system use companywide in partnership with HR communications function
  • Maintain accurate data within the HRIS, including comprehensive personnel records
  • Build high-quality data analytics and reporting capabilities within the HRIS, developing automated, recurring reports that help key stakeholders leverage data to make better-informed business decisions
  • Uncover and communicate meaningful data-driven insights across our HR functions to inform necessary future upgrades in people programs, employee life-cycle activities, system design, and service delivery
  • Lead data audits, trouble-shooting, integrity testing of system changes, report writing/running/scheduling, and analysis of data flows as technical point-of-contact for the system
  • Manage the HRAssist ticketing system to renovate the quality of HR service delivered companywide with a focus on automation and data analytics to explore pain points and further process improvements
  • Support analysis of data collected through various survey activities (such as employee engagement surveys and onboarding feedback surveys) to reveal clear insights into strengths and needed improvements
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations, HR systems management, and HR data analytics
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably UKG UltiPro
  • Experience implementing an HRIS system that delivered business processes in total rewards, performance management, leave management, onboarding, and offboarding, integrations with other HR/IT systems, and employee life-cycle changes
  • Demonstrated experience building HR analytics functionality.
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments where change and continuous improvement were the norm
  • Knowledge of HR best practices throughout the employee life cycle

Preferred:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar

  • Experience configuring the BI module within UKG UltiPro
  • Experience with a global organization and knowledge of GDPR requirements and best practices
  • Experience building new HR Processes, Procedures, and System Implementations in a tech-based fast-growing organization.
  • Experience successfully launching and/or managing an HR service ticketing system.
