Donghyun Shin

Donghyun Shin has extensive work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and testing. Donghyun is currently working at 3i Inc. as a QA Manager and Test Automation Engineer, where they lead a QA team and testing projects for their AI-powered tracking products and enterprise solution. In this role, they also develop test automation frameworks using Java and integrates them with CI/CD pipelines.

Prior to their current position, Donghyun worked at Blizzard Entertainment as a QA Manager from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they served as a QA Manager at The Workshop - Inventors of play from 2014 to 2016. Donghyun also worked as a Testing Specialist at DA Solutions (Deloitte Anjin) from 2013 to 2014.

In addition, Donghyun has experience working as a Principal Consultant at STA Consulting Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Donghyun also held positions at Yahoo! as a Sr. Quality Engineer from 2009 to 2011 and at Yahoo! Korea as a Test Manager from 2006 to 2009.

Donghyun's career began at LG CNS Co., Ltd. in 1997, where they worked as a Performance Test Engineer and Software Developer. Donghyun delivered multiple system performance testing projects and developed several major Manufacturing Enterprise System (MES) projects for customer projects during their tenure at LG CNS Co., Ltd.

Donghyun Shin graduated from Daegu University in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Advanced SQL for Data Scientists" certification from LinkedIn in March 2020. In November 2019, they completed the "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team" course also from LinkedIn. Before that, Donghyun became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) in September 2015 through the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they earned the ISTQB CTFL certification from the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2012.
