Johannes Linn

Johannes Linn is a 3ie senior research fellow. He is an economist and currently a non-resident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, distinguished resident scholar of the Emerging Markets Forum and senior advisor at the Results for Development Institute (R4D). He worked at the World Bank during 1973-2003, last as Vice President for the Europe and Central Asia region. A focus of his recent research and advisory work is evidence-based scaling of successful development interventions.
