Erik Paisley

Erik Paisley is a seasoned investment professional with over a decade of experience at 3M, currently serving as Director of 3M Ventures, where responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing venture capital investments in strategically relevant startups. Previously, Erik held various roles within 3M Ventures, including Senior Investment Manager and Global Product Manager for the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division, where leadership extended to new product development and commercialization. Earlier in Erik's career, experience as a Supervisor in Strategic Business Development at 3M and as a Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates provided a strong foundation in marketing and business strategy. Erik holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
