Jack Justiniano

Jack Justiniano is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance for Enterprise Operations at 3M since October 2023, Jack is responsible for finance management across over 120 plants and 100 distribution centers, supporting revenue exceeding $25 billion. Prior to 3M, Jack held the position of Vice President of Finance at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing a global team in the clinical trials business. Jack's notable career includes a long tenure at Pfizer, where responsibilities included leading the separation of manufacturing operations for the successful Zoetis IPO and overseeing various finance functions across multiple regions. Jack holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
