Prashant Pednekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and program management in technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Identity Product/Program Lead Manager at 3M, Prashant has successfully led the creation of an Identity and Access Management team to transition over 25,000 employees and numerous applications to Solventum. Previous roles at Citi include Sr. Technical Program Manager and Product Manager, where Prashant facilitated global compliance with governance frameworks and managed critical financial applications. As the Founder and CEO of MPR Systems, Prashant advises finance and healthcare organizations on consulting ventures. Prashant also held key management positions at Exela Technologies and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on corporate development, product delivery, and systems analysis.
