Petri Rummukainen

Petri Rummukainen is an accomplished scientist currently serving at 3PBIOVIAN since February 2024 after the merger of Biovian and 3P Biopharmaceuticals. Rummukainen has been a PhD student and research assistant at the University of Turku since June 2013 and previously held a scientist position at Biovian from February 2022 to February 2024. Experience also includes serving as a medical laboratory technologist at TYKS-SAPA from June 2010 to January 2022 and as a researcher at Pharmatest Services Ltd from April 2016 to December 2021. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Medicine from the University of Turku (2016-2020), a Master’s Degree in Biomedicine (2012-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science from Turku University of Applied Sciences (2009-2012).
