Jevgenijs Djugajevs

Jevgenijs Djugajevs has over 20 years of work experience. In 2019, they were the Chief Technology Officer at 3S Money, where they were responsible for building banking for cross-border businesses on modern FinTech rails. Jevgenijs also co-founded RecordRadar.com, an online app that connects to Spotify music and finds the music you love on vinyl in stores nearby. Additionally, they were self-employed as an IT Architecture and Strategy consultant for FinTech, payment companies and banks. In 2018, they were the Director of IT at Bitfury. From 1998 to 2019, they were the CIO, Board Member, and SVP for IT at Rietumu Banka. In this role, they were responsible for digital strategy, automation and system design, as well as mentoring at FinTech Hackathons and Rietumu FinTech Challenge. Jevgenijs also held the roles of Head of Business Technology and Head of EU Marketing, where they were responsible for re-branding existing financial products and services of the bank for European customers. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they were the Marketing Manager at RMS Recruitment, where they were responsible for managing media campaigns for staffing needs of the clients.

Jevgenijs Djugajevs received their EMBA from the Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in 2007. Jevgenijs also received a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from RISEBA University between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, they have a certification from CVTrust for their EMBA at Stockholm School of Economics (SSE Riga).
