Kasper Olsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, operational excellence, and compliance management. Currently serving as Director of R&D Operational Excellence & Support and Director of R&D Portfolio & Business Support at 3Shape since July 2018, Kasper has previously held multiple leadership roles at Novo Nordisk from November 2006 to June 2018, focusing on compliance, risk management, and project management across various departments. With an MSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by an exchange program at the University of St. Gallen, Kasper's educational background also includes a BSc in the same field and training in acting and singing.
