Janina Berkhahn

Janina Berkhahn has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources sector since 2010. Janina began their career as a Kaufmännische Angestellte at Buxtehuder Umwelt Und Recycling GmbH, and later took on the role of Projekte Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. In 2019, they completed a Praktikantin role at FEEDBACKPEOPLE Managementberatung GmbH. In 2020, they became an HR-Manager at Rischkau Sand- Und Fuhrbetrieb GmbH, and most recently, they were appointed Head of People & Culture at 3spin Learning in 2022.

Janina Berkhahn obtained a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from the Fachhochschule Osnabrück in 2020. Janina also holds a GOODplace Certified Feelgood Managerin certification from GOODplace, which they obtained in July 2022.
