Yan Ma

Yan Ma's work experience begins with their current position as the Director of Bioinformatics at 3T Biosciences, which started in June 2022. Prior to this, from September 2018 to May 2022, Yan held the role of Associate Director/Principal Investigator - Bioinformatics at PACT Pharma.

Before joining PACT Pharma, Yan worked at Genomic Health from an unspecified start date until 2018. They held the position of Sr Computational Biologist II and were involved in various projects, including developing bioinformatics error correction methods and creating a structural variation detection pipeline. Yan also analyzed multiple datasets to identify biomarkers for cancer liquid biopsies.
