Anne-Katrin Emde

Anne-Katrin Emde is an accomplished bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in next-generation sequencing data analysis and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Bioinformatics at Variant Bio since February 2019, Emde has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director and Head of Bioinformatics. Prior experience includes positions at the New York Genome Center and the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics, where significant contributions were made in algorithm development and genomic research.
