Karen Florence

Karen Florence currently serves as the Director of GTM & Strategic Partnerships at 3V Infrastructure, focusing on partnership strategy to enhance growth in Level 2 EV charging infrastructure. Prior experience includes leading global consultant and advisory partnerships at Mews, where Karen drove revenue growth and customer satisfaction, as well as managing North America partnerships. With a background in business management at Nestlé and a role as Key Account Manager for the Hospitality Division, Karen developed significant business plans and achieved sales objectives. Additionally, as the founder of Nosh Talks, Karen contributed to the Atlanta food and beverage scene through event facilitation. Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design and has previous education at Emmanuel College in Boston.
