Luc de Vries is an accomplished entrepreneur and community builder with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the owner of Flow IQ since September 2023, Luc specializes in bespoke automation solutions to enhance business efficiency through advanced software and AI. Additionally, Luc is a community builder for 3X3 UNITES, coordinating life skills training for youth through basketball, and operates a franchise focused on engaging individuals with intellectual disabilities in sports. As the owner of Voltzfit, Luc provides at-home EMS fitness services and has run an e-commerce platform, Lucdv-ecommerce, since May 2018. Luc has also contributed as a trainer for Fitter de With, SVO Basketball, and Sporten Voor je Deur, showcasing a commitment to fitness and coaching. Notably, Luc operated Make Your Merch, delivering custom clothing solutions for businesses, while prioritizing quality and sustainability. Luc's academic background includes a Havo degree from Rodenborch-College, completed in 2019.

3X3 UNITES
3X3 basketball is a very fast growing Olympic sport, in which the Netherlands is taking the lead. 3X3 UNITES community envision people that combine hard work and passion to bring this popular sport to the next level, started in the Netherlands and developing at a global level - “From the streets to the Olympics!”. 3X3 basketball is unique because players have more ownership over the process and thus the sport, which means players are taking more responsibility, being more adaptable and making own decisions. By developing talent, educating youth, organising next level events and contributing to developmental cooperation projects worldwide, 3X3 UNITES lifts the sport in all its forms to a higher level. Assisting where it’s needed and taking responsibility where it’s possible, all to provide 3x3 basketball with the sustainable platform it deserves. 3X3 UNITES achieves this through strong partnerships and a tight 3X3-community. Our partners are widely represented by cooperating organizations from the business side, government (ex. municipalities, provinces, national governments), international educational and non-profit partners (ex. International Sport Alliance, University of Cologne) and of course basketball organizations (ex. FIBA, National Federations and clubs). Skills which are applicable on the court, but also apply to day to day life off the court. These diverse life skills are what 3X3 UNITES instils in its participants.
