Louis Feldman

Louis Feldman has an extensive work experience in tax counsel and management roles. Louis has served as Chief Tax Counsel in multiple companies, including Standard Industries, Standard Investments, GAF, and ISP. Louis has also worked as a Managing Director in Barclays Capital and Credit Suisse, where they managed structured capital markets products and tax structuring. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President in Zurich Capital Markets and Tax Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Additionally, they have clerked at the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Louis Feldman attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a JD degree with summa cum laude honors in the field of Law. Before that, they studied at Temple University from 1985 to 1987 and obtained a BA degree with magna cum laude honors in Linguistics and Computer Science. From 1981 to 1983, Louis attended the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Linguistics.
