Matthew Lipstein has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as an Ecommerce Manager at Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center, where they successfully increased online sales and decreased expenditures through insourcing and platform transition.
Matthew then joined Jasper PIM, a startup company, where they held the positions of Customer Support Manager and later Director of Customer Success. In these roles, Matthew implemented new processes and training programs to improve customer satisfaction, prevent revenue losses, and facilitate the acquisition of new customers. Matthew also led the development of a one-to-many approach to customer success, focusing on scalability and self-service onboarding.
After their time at Jasper PIM, Matthew co-founded a successful e-commerce consulting business, A.R.C. Digital Resources. Matthew guided small businesses through their digital transformations, resulting in cost savings and the creation of connected digital ecosystems.
Matthew later joined 40grid, first as the Director of Customer Success, and then as the Director of Product Management. In these roles, they focused on improving lead generation, product management, and marketing efforts. Matthew successfully reduced software configuration turnaround times and played a crucial role in the creation of a configuration wizard and new record creation process.
Most recently, Matthew worked at Paperless Parts as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for customer strategic initiatives, retention, and driving platform adoption. Matthew received positive customer feedback and managed over 80 customer accounts.

Matthew Lipstein attended Bates College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In addition to their college degree, Matthew has obtained various certifications, including Agile Project Management, Foundations of Project Management, Google Project Management: Specialization, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, Project Planning: Putting It All Together, and Confluence Fundamentals Badge. Furthermore, Matthew has also been awarded the Bachelor of Arts - Verified International Academic Qualifications by the World Education Services in October 2020.
