Che Eagle

Che Eagle is an accomplished human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Che currently serves as CHRO at 42 North Dental, a leading dental services provider with more than 200 locations across the United States.

Prior to joining 42 North Dental, Che served as Vice President of Human Resources at Clarks, a global footwear company with more than 14,000 employees and $2B in annual revenue. At Clarks, Che was responsible for partnering with company leadership to develop and implement an ambitious and innovative human resources strategy that supported the company's global and regional business objectives. Highlights of their tenure at Clarks include leading the design of an organizational structure within the Americas region, restructuring departments into global and regional teams, and developing and implementing complex training programs that supported company initiatives.

Che holds a bachelor's degree in human resources from Northeastern University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Che Eagle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor's Degree in German and a Minor in Theirtory. They also have a certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Strategic Workforce Planning Certification.
