Karen Yee

Karen Yee has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Karen is currently the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) at 42 North Private Bank. Prior to this role, they worked at Eastern Bank as the SVP, Director of Default Management, where they implemented a collections ecosystem and designed a consumer collections program. Before that, they had various roles at Santander Bank, N.A., including Senior Vice President, Auto Product Manager, Business Controls Director for Business Banking, and Risk Governance & Reporting Manager, Auto Finance & Alliances. Karen also has experience in education, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Quincy College and an ITS Project Manager at Eastern Nazarene College. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Manager at Omgeo, Strategic Solutions Group, Interactive Data, State Street Bank, and Fidelity, where they focused on project management and business analysis.

Karen Yee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at UMass Boston from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. In addition, Karen also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Quincy College. From an unspecified time until 2002, they pursued a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
