Rob Distefano

Rob DiStefano has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Rob is currently working as the VP and Controller at 42 North Private Bank. Prior to this, they held the role of Finance Leader in a private practice. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at CareLink Collaborative, and earlier as Director of Finance. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Decision Support at Lifespan and Sr. Treasury Ops at CVS Health. Rob also has experience as a Finance/Strategy Consultant at Robert Half Management Resources and as a Finance Consultant at the University of Rhode Island. Rob has held positions such as Project Leader - Financial Systems at Bank of America, Director of Business Evaluation at GTECH, and Head of Development Finance Team at Citizens Bank.

Rob DiStefano attended Providence College in 1991 to study Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies, but did not complete a degree at this institution. Rob later enrolled at the University of Rhode Island - College of Business from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations.
