Carly Ortiz, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Talent Manager at 43North since July 2022, Carly previously worked at Evans Bank as an Employee Experience Business Partner and Generalist from March 2021 to July 2022. At GENERAL PHYSICIAN, P.C., Carly held the roles of Human Resources Generalist and Senior Recruiter between August 2018 and March 2021, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and collaboration with hiring managers.
