Dominic Costanzo

Dominic Costanzo is an experienced professional in business development and investment, currently serving as an Investor at Cesena Football Club since July 2023 and as VP of Portfolio & Selection at 43North since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role at VCU Health in Innovation & Business Development from April 2022 to January 2023, and various positions at Virginia Commonwealth University, culminating as New Venture Manager at VCU Ventures and Program Manager at Innovation Gateway from April 2015 to March 2022. Dominic co-founded The Frynge, a digital media and retail platform for athletes, from April 2016 to April 2018, and held the position of Executive Director at Dominion Energy Innovation Center from July 2015 to November 2017. Dominic was previously an athlete with USA Bobsled & Skeleton from August 2013 to January 2015. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Commonwealth University and studied at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
